Welcome to Craftmania Hub. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchases from us.

1. Custom commissions

Bespoke pieces are made to the specification we agree with you, and may require a deposit and your approval of the design before work begins. Because they are made for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind (see Returns & Exchange). Production timelines we give are estimates.

2. Costume hire

Costume hire is subject to a hire agreement, a refundable deposit, an agreed rental period, and our care, damage, and late-return terms. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchange policies.

3. Delivery

Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & exchange

Returns, exchanges, and our handling of faulty items are governed by our Returns & Exchange policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Our intellectual property

All content on this site — including our logo, designs, product images, and text — belongs to Craftmania Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Our designs and craftsmanship are our own.

6. Reviews & content you submit

When you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is truthful and your own, and you grant us permission to display and use it. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftmania Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including our responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supply disruptions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
