Returns & Exchange

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our pieces are handmade — and many are made to order or made to measure — returns work a little differently depending on what you bought. Here's exactly how.

Faulty or incorrect items — always covered

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will make it right: a repair, a replacement, or a refund. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.

In-stock pieces

We accept exchanges or store credit within 5–7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its tags and original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and similar pieces worn close to the skin can't be exchanged unless faulty.

Made-to-order & bespoke pieces

Because these are handcrafted to your specification and measurements, they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If a bespoke piece has a genuine fault, or differs materially from what we agreed, we'll repair or remake it.

Costume hire

Hire fees are non-refundable once your rental period has begun. Your deposit is refunded after the costume is returned on time and in good condition, less any cleaning, repair, or late-return charges. To cancel a booking, please give us at least 3 days notice.

How to request an exchange

  • Contact us within 5–7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or email, with your order number and a photo.
  • We'll confirm your exchange and the return details.
  • Return postage is covered by you — unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

On change of mind

We don't offer cash refunds for a change of mind — instead, we'll gladly exchange your piece or offer store credit, so you leave with something you love.
