Ordering & payment
How do I place an order? Browse the shop, add your pieces to the cart, and check out. For custom or hire pieces, start an enquiry and we'll take it from there.
What payment methods do you accept? Paystack — card, bank transfer, and USSD — and direct bank transfer.
Custom & bespoke
Do you make custom pieces? Yes — bespoke is what we do best. Tell us about your occasion and we'll design and handcraft something for it. Your lead time and price are agreed before we begin.
Can you match my outfit or theme? Yes — share your colours, fabric, or inspiration and we'll work to it.
Costume hire
Can I rent a costume? Yes. Choose your dates, pay a deposit, and collect or have it delivered for your event. Your deposit is returned once the costume comes back in good condition.
Shipping
Where do you deliver? Lagos, nationwide, across Africa, and internationally via Sprint Africa and trusted partners.
How long will my order take? In-stock pieces dispatch within 2–4 business days; made-to-order pieces follow the lead time we agree with you.
Sizing & care
How do I get the right fit? Use the sizing guide on each product, or message us — and remember, bespoke pieces are made to your measurements.
How do I care for my piece? Each order includes care notes. As a rule, store pieces somewhere cool and dry, and handle beadwork and headpieces gently.
Returns
What's your returns policy? Faulty or incorrect items are always put right. In-stock pieces can be exchanged within 5–7 days; bespoke and hire items have their own terms. See our Returns & Exchange policy.
