Order processing

• In-stock items: dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Made-to-order & bespoke pieces: handcrafted to order — your lead time is confirmed when you place the order. Bespoke takes a little longer, because it's made for you.
• Costume hire: dispatched in good time for your booked date — please order ahead of your event.

• Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Nationwide: 3–7 business days
• Across Africa: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery cost

Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method, or quoted before dispatch for interstate and international orders.

International orders

Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
